The Benefits of Membership

The International Guild is an alliance of frozen dessert manufacturers, suppliers and food professionals dedicated to education, resource sharing, promotion and further advancement of sorbet and related frozen desserts. We continually seek to utilize our resources in an effort to address the ever-changing needs of our industry. Our mission is to connect, educate and inspire.

Professional Members include chefs, caterers, restaurateurs, food writers, publicists, photographers, stylists, retailers, educators and consultants.

Corporate Members include larger frozen dessert producers and manufacturers.

Supplier and Distributor Members include ingredient producing companies of fruits, purees, flavorings, sweeteners, etc. Also packaging companies, refrigeration and machinery suppliers, filling equipment, and all related resources.

Friends of the Guild Members include students pursuing related careers and people who support and appreciate sorbet and frozen desserts but who may not work in the culinary field.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
