What Happens Next
What Happens Next is an adventure about the coolest stuff on earth, frozen dessert! Ice cream, sorbet, gelato, frozen yogurt and popsicles are all at stake when the evil Baron Von Glutton tries to steal Professor Scoopalott’s secret formulas and deprive the world of one of its most scrumptious, bombastic, outrageous treats.
Professor Scoopalott will begin the story and then each month a chosen teacher will become an honorary Friend of the Sorbet Guild.
The teacher will submit paragraphs written by the students in her/his classroom. Each student may submit at least 2 and up to 4 paragraphs. One student will chosen from that group.
The characters will be pictured on Sorbet.com along with who they are and what they do. The teacher will be told which characters will be featured in the episode they are contributing to. The student whose paragraphs are chosen will receive a special certificate designating him/her “A Published Author.”
At the end of the year, an excerpt from the submissions will be given “The Scoopalott Award.” That student will become a character in the story. Even Professor Scoopalot will be surprised by what happens next!
